40 years of building, passed from father to son
The story of Kasa General Contractor does not start with a business plan. It starts with two fathers who immigrated to Canada and spent their lives in construction, raising their sons on job sites, between the smell of sawdust and the discipline of work done right.
Cristian Mora and Samuel Perez grew up watching their fathers build. When they founded the company, they were not launching a startup. They were formalizing a craft their families had practiced for four decades, with a modern, professional approach to match.
Twelve years as licensed general contractors and more than 500 completed projects later, the promise has not changed: rigour, honesty and craftsmanship, on every site, for every family.
Our mission is to help homeowners rebuild with confidence, restoring their spaces and their peace of mind through honest communication, expert craftsmanship and reliable service.

You will not be handed off to an account manager. Cristian and Samuel are personally involved in every project, and they walk the site with you at every critical milestone.
Cristian Mora
Co-Founder · Estimation and Technical Coordination
Cristian is the technical mind of Kasa General Contractor. He prepares the detailed estimates our clients rely on, coordinates architects, engineers and technologists, and makes sure that what is drawn on the plans is exactly what gets built on site.
The son of a builder, he learned early that a good estimate is a promise, not a sales pitch. That conviction shows in every quote that leaves our office.
Samuel Perez
Co-Founder · Business Development and Client Relations
Samuel is the voice you will hear most often. He guides clients from the first discovery call through every decision point, keeping communication honest and proactive at each critical step of the project.
Raised in the same tradition of builders, he believes no client should ever be surprised by their own renovation. If something needs to be discussed, you hear it from him first.
