Our 5-step kitchen remodeling process in Montreal
A disciplined sequence that eliminates surprises and keeps your kitchen out of service for as little time as possible.
Free evaluation
Tell us about your kitchen by phone or through the form. We visit your home, take measurements, discuss your budget honestly and identify anything that will influence the project: structure, plumbing, electrical capacity, ventilation.
Design and detailed quote
With our partner designers, we develop the layout, select materials and lock in cabinet specifications. You receive a detailed line-by-line quote. The $500 quote fee is deducted from your contract when the project moves forward.
Demolition and preparation
We protect the rest of your home, remove the old kitchen and prepare the space: plumbing and electrical rough-ins, wall corrections, subfloor levelling. Cabinet fabrication runs in parallel so nothing waits.
Installation
Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting and appliances are installed in a coordinated sequence. Cristian and Samuel walk the site with you at critical milestones so decisions are validated before they are covered up.
Delivery and warranty
Final walkthrough together, joint inspection and complete cleanup. Your kitchen is delivered with a 1 year labour warranty, manufacturer warranties on materials and the protections of the RBQ guarantee plan.
Costs
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Montreal?
Every kitchen is different, but the price is always driven by the same three factors. We put real numbers on yours after a free evaluation, in a detailed quote with no vague allowances.
Materials
Cabinets, countertop surface, backsplash, flooring, hardware and lighting. Cabinets and their installation alone typically represent 30 to 40% of the budget, which is why we design them carefully with you.
Labour
Licensed carpenters, plumbers, electricians and finishers, coordinated under one contract. Quality installation is what makes premium materials last, and what protects your warranty coverage.
Complexity
Keeping the existing layout costs less. Moving the sink, adding an island with plumbing, or opening a load-bearing wall adds engineering, permits and rough-in work to the project.
